Time: 4:30pm
People: RB, CK and myself
List:
-Ramenritto by Presstea, an adorable cafe in West Village, might be the best dish of the year.
-We saw ladies enjoying high tea: biscuits, scones..and ramenritto. Such a view.
-I like the combination of ramen and tea shop already, but the Zucchini Ratarouille Ramenritto Bowl ($12, in-house made ratatouille, aioli, cheese, corn salsa, mango salsa, mixed greens and pickled cucumbers) is an epic dish. Even on the second day, it was tasty.
-Sun Noodle's Hawaiian-style noodles is made to order, so expect some wait.
-Pickled English cucumbers add crispy textures and refreshing flavor.
-Pulled Pork Ramenritto ($9, in-house made pulled pork, cheese, corn salsa, mixed greens and pickled cucumbers) is decadent and wonderful.
-What a way to make a burrito even unhealthier and delicious! What makes it even more lovable is that Presstea specializes in tea, not noodle-filled goodness. I suppose if they are good at blending their tea, they can create the best flavors in town.
